Services Provided

Amperage-flare provides professional pet care services including grooming, training, veterinary consultation, nutrition counseling, behavioural therapy, and in-home pet sitting. Services are delivered by qualified professionals in accordance with Australian veterinary and animal care regulations.

Service Limitations

Our services are intended to support pet health and wellbeing but do not constitute emergency medical care. In cases of urgent medical need, you must contact an emergency veterinary clinic immediately.

Recommendations provided during consultations are based on professional assessment but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Individual results vary based on each animal's unique characteristics, health status, and circumstances.

We reserve the right to decline service if we determine we lack the appropriate expertise for a particular case, or if providing service would compromise animal welfare or staff safety.

Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your pet's health history, behaviour, and current conditions
• Disclose any known aggression, biting history, or behavioural issues that could pose safety risks
• Ensure your pet is appropriately vaccinated as required for the service being provided
• Follow care recommendations and instructions provided by our professionals
• Notify us of any adverse reactions or concerns following service provision
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments or provide adequate cancellation notice

Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Appointments are confirmed via email after you submit a service request. Confirmation constitutes an agreement to provide the service at the specified time and price.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice incur a $45 AUD administrative fee.

We may need to reschedule appointments in cases of staff illness, emergency situations, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to find an alternative appointment time.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time service is rendered. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect appointments already confirmed at a previous price.

Refunds are provided only in cases where we fail to deliver the service as agreed. We do not provide refunds based on client dissatisfaction with outcomes that fall within the expected range of variation for the service provided.

Liability and Disclaimers

Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill in accordance with professional standards. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.

We are not liable for:

• Health issues that pre-existed service provision or arose from causes unrelated to our services
• Adverse reactions to recommended treatments that fall within the known range of possible responses
• Outcomes resulting from client failure to follow recommendations or provide accurate information
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service provision

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not affect any statutory rights you may have under Australian consumer law that cannot be excluded or limited.

Professional Judgment

Our professionals exercise independent judgment based on their training, expertise, and assessment of your pet's needs. While we welcome your input and preferences, final decisions regarding care recommendations rest with our qualified staff.

If you disagree with professional recommendations, you are free to seek alternative providers or second opinions.

All content on amperage-flare.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
