Before Your First Visit

When you book an appointment, we'll send you a brief questionnaire about your pet's health history, current diet, exercise routine, and the specific concerns you'd like to address. Completing this before your consultation helps us use your appointment time more effectively.

For grooming appointments, please inform us if your pet has had negative experiences with grooming in the past, or if they have specific sensitivities or anxieties. This allows us to prepare appropriate handling approaches.

What to Expect

Initial consultations typically run 45 to 60 minutes. Arrive a few minutes early to allow your pet time to acclimate to the environment. Bringing your pet's current food (even a small sample), any medications they're taking, and recent veterinary records helps us provide more accurate recommendations.

For behavioural consultations, we may ask you to demonstrate typical interactions or bring items that trigger the behaviour we're addressing.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Invoices provided upon request.
